About this Talk
Author and night photographer Ken Lee will discuss what he has learned while publishing several books of photography, storytelling and history.
Offering examples from several of his books, Ken will describe his initial contact and negotiations with a publisher. He then will take you through the process of creating the concept for each book, and how the book’s topical theme informs the way he goes about planning long road trips and the sorts of photos he takes.
Ken will weave the experiences, explorations and photos together with history and informative captions, offering something of value to people who love photo books, storytelling, history and creativity.
